CINC was founded in January of 2020 at the 3rd Western Canada Immunology Meeting in Banff, Alberta. It was born from the perceived need in Canada for a forum for clinicians and researchers focused on Clinical Immunology.

Through a logo design competition among our very own members’ talented children, Jade Amberg was able to capture our essence as a growing organization that thrives for highlighting and taking Canadian Clinical Immunology to higher grounds
PURPOSE
To serve as a Canadian forum for clinicians and researchers in the field of pediatric and adult Immunology by:
- Facilitating communication and collaboration
- Highlighting Canadian expertise and potential in the field
- Raising awareness of the specific clinical and research expertise of each of its members
- Publicizing clinical and scientific advancement and contributions of Canadian Immunologists
- Increasing translational and clinical research productivity in the field within Canada
- Providing a platform for networking and partnering with other clinical/research and patient organizations, both nationally (e.g., CSI, ImmUnity Canada, Immunodeficiency Canada, CSACI) and internationally (e.g., CIS, PIDTC, ESID, LASID, JMF, IPOPI), as well of Industry, with the ultimate objective of improving care for patients with Inborn Errors of Immunity (IEI)
- Contributing to education in Immunology across different disciplines
- Advocating for patients with IEI
